In the interest of consumer health, Eureka Forbes conducts counterfeit raids in multiple cities

Eureka Forbes, India's leading provider in health and safety solutions, conducted a series of successful raids in Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi across 21 locations in a multipronged investigation and in compliance with the Order dated May 23, 2023 received from the Hon’ble Delhi High Court pertaining to counterfeit spares and filters. The raids were simultaneously conducted on May 26, 2023, whereby counterfeit and infringing “AQUAGUARD” products and related spare parts were seized from spurious manufacturers and dealers/distributors. Goods were seized from unauthorized dealers/distributors/service providers and manufacturers who were caught infringing and passing off the Intellectual Property Rights of the Company.
