If you want to return the product purchased on eurekaforbes.com, here’s the process you can follow:

You can conveniently return any product purchased on eurekaforbes.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How and when will I get my refund?
Once your product has been collected and received, we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cheque or cash.

What do I do in case I was to cancel my order before the shipment reaches me?
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by filling your Order Id and Product details here. Upon receiving your Cancellation Request we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cheque or cash.

What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from eurekaforbes.com except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are refunded within 15-21 days after the shipment has been picked up.

If I have chosen to pay via Cash On Delivery, how will I get the refund?
If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Eureka Forbes will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.

What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?
When you agree for NEFT refund, Eureka Forbes customer support will get in touch with you for some details. For NEFT refund, we require your Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank.

Which are the product not eligible for Returns & Replacement?
Water Purifier Cartridges, Euroclean Clean Guard & Aquasoft Water Softener Regeneration Salt are not eligible for Returns & Replacement.

Forbes Coronaguard (‘Product’): Purchase Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Each Purchase Order placed by the customer for Forbes Coronaguard is subject to these standard purchase terms and conditions and the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by such terms by placing the Product Order.

Definitions
“Purchase terms and conditions” means the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) contained herein and are applies to Forbes Coronaguard product only and not to other existing products of Eureka Forbes.

"Company” means Eureka Forbes Ltd, Eureka Forbes, We, Our, Us.

"eurekaforbes.com" means the Eureka Forbes website owned and operated by Eureka Forbes Limited, which provides a venue to the users to buy the products listed / displayed.

"Customer" means and includes any User / Buyer / Purchaser/ You (the person or any legal entity) who accepts the offer for sale, through Eureka Forbes Limited by placing an order on the site.

"Product/s" connotes the ‘Forbes Coronaguard’ only.

Availability of Product –
Forbes Coronaguard will be available only on EFL website www.eurekaforbes.com.

Return policy
Forbes Coronaguard powered by Shycocan, sales is returnable subject to manufacturing defect.

Order cancellation
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless acceptance of such cancellation is agreed by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Cancellations of orders is possible only before the order is invoiced for shipment.

Replacement policy (in case of product manufacturing defects only)
To deliver utmost customer satisfaction, we have a set of policies for quick replacements that will help you get the best product for the investment made.

Warranty
If there is any manufacturing defect in the Product the Company will repair or replace the defective parts or product within 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Delay in Delivery
The Company shall deliver the Products within 45 days from purchase of Product from the date of order. The Products will be dispatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case Company fails to deliver the Product within 45 days of confirmed order, will initiate 100% refund. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Eureka Forbes for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Product due to any Force Majeure events or factors beyond our control.

Force Majeure Events : The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to Products that arise directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions including but not limited to flood, heavy rain alerts, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, Lockdown like Covide-19 situations or other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

How can I return Forbes Coronaguard ordered from Eureka Forbes Limited?
The customer will notify the Company via email, within 14 days of delivery of Products any manufacturing defects noticed and give the Company or its authorised agent adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy them. In the absence of such intimation it shall be presumed that the Products have been received in good order and condition. The Inspection and Test Report of the Company’s office/service center will be final and binding on the customer.

Our representative will inspect the unit and arrange for the pick up of the product from the place of delivery. In some rare cases we will ask you to ship the product

Miscellaneous Provisions:

Limitation of Liability. Except for manufacturing defects, in no event Company shall be liable to the customer or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of property, personal injury, death, by use or operation of this product. No claim shall be entertained by the Company for any loss arising out of damage or shortage of Products.

Modifications. The Company reserve the right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the products as well as design of the products from time to time in effecting a process of continuous development and innovation. The revised terms and condition will be updated on EFL website.

Choice of Law. This terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out or pertaining hereto.
