Advancing Productivity through Continuous Improvement and Automation
The Company’s manufacturing productivity is driven by a robust Single Resource Productivity (SRP) framework, underpinned by a standardised conversion model and master benchmarks that enable consistent performance measurement across products and manufacturing locations.
A disciplined, Kaizen-led continuous improvement approach delivered significant improvement in the Productivity Index during FY26. The resulting gains enhanced output per employee, reduced labour cost per unit and optimised manpower deployment, strengthening overall cost competitiveness.
These improvements were further supported by the adoption of Lean and 5S practices, alongside targeted automation initiatives. Smart manufacturing interventions, including collaborative robots (cobots) at packing stations and digital Andon systems, enhanced operational efficiency and responsiveness, creating a scalable and future-ready productivity model.
