Key features across the portfolio include fully automated regeneration, food-grade softening media, IntelliMix technology, high-flow-rate compatibility, rapid regeneration, and water- and salt-saving operation, delivering a convenient and efficient whole-home water treatment solution.
Air Purifiers

Addressing the Filter Aftermarket Opportunity Through Product Innovation & Marketing
During the year, Eureka Forbes built a differentiated growth platform by strategically expanding into the larger filters and spares universe. The filter opportunity is being addressed through a comprehensive market development strategy focused on assortment optimisation, consumer awareness, and channel activation.
The initiative is anchored on a simplified and re-imagined filter portfolio. Eureka Forbes consolidated a fragmented range of 60+ filter kits into five universal kits, which covered the legacy installed base as well. The Company also introduced standalone filters for repair-led replacements, apart from its 2-year filter life kit, featuring enhanced packaging and QR-based authentication with a view to curb counterfeit products
Simultaneously, the Company has been investing in educating consumers on the health risks associated with local and counterfeit filters, supported by multi-media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and consumer education initiatives under the Aquaguard Nanopore platform. This approach will help strengthen brand trust while accelerating penetration across the installed base
Additionally, Eureka Forbes is leveraging its extensive technician and service ecosystem to drive filter adoption at scale. By engaging a large network of service technicians through direct benefit programs, loyalty initiatives, point-of-sale activations, and capability-building interventions, the Company is aiming to institutionalise filter replacement as a recurring consumption category.

AI-Powered Churn & Propensity Models
At Eureka Forbes, digitisation of its service business has been one of the most consequential strategic investments. In FY26, the Company built a fully integrated, end-to-end service digital platform, combining an AI-enabled D2C frontend with a digitally powered backend, creating an infrastructure that simultaneously elevates the customer experience, improves technician productivity, and strengthens management’s ability to monitor and control service quality at scale.
AI-Enabled D2C Frontend
The customer-facing platform integrates three capabilities:
- Customer app with over 2.7 million active downloads, serving as a key digital engagement platform and driving customer lifetime value through deeper ecosystem participation.
- AI-powered hyper-personalisation engine that delivers segmented renewal offers and runs churn prevention models.
- Omni-channel access across WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and a contact centre.
Digitally Powered Backend: Gig-Based Platform
Eureka Forbes is aiming to strengthen its service and customer support capabilities by building a gig-enabled platform that brings together a flexible network of service professionals. The platform will help enhance service reach, improve response times, and provide scalable support across geographies, thereby enabling the Company to deliver faster and more efficient installation, maintenance, and after-sales services to customers while creating earning opportunities for skilled technicians.
On the backend, a new-age Technician App with real-time earnings, performance rankings, and gamified incentives drives technician productivity across the Company’s 9,000+ service technician workforce. A proprietary call scheduling algorithm optimises deployment, while AI-based fraud detection and QR code filter authentication protect service integrity. A supervisor app and digital control tower give management live visibility into TAT performance, AMC achievement, and field visit compliance, thereby enabling real-time intervention.
Video-based remote troubleshooting and digital network management tools further extend coverage and reduce cost per service interaction.
