1. Eureka Forbes Ltd (EFL) facilitates No Cost Equated Monthly Installments ("NCEMI") payment method on all purchases worth Rs. 4,000 and above made only on www.eurekaforbes.com or the mobile application/ mobile site thereof using eligible credit cards and debit cards.
2. The NCEMI facility can be availed for a period of 3 and 6 months only.
3. The NCEMI facility is not available on purchases made using Net Banking, Pay on Delivery payment methods or payments made through UPI and other wallets.
4. The NCEMI facility is being offered by the respective banks to the customer and EFL has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to offering of the NCEMI facility, which is decided at the sole discretion of the bank.
5. The NCEMI facility being offered by the banks to the customers is governed by the respective terms and conditions of each bank/issuer and the customer is advised to approach the bank/issuer in case of any complaint, dispute or enquiry about an NCEMI transaction.
6. Statutory taxes (GST, Education cess and any other taxes) will be levied by the banks on the charges levied by them for the NCEMI facility as mandated by applicable laws and regulations
7. For clarification purposes, please note that even for the purchase made with Standard EMI or NCEMI, the invoice will show the full value of the product purchased at the time of delivery and/or checkout. However, your EMI shall continue according to the plan selected by you during checkout.
8. EFL reserves the right to stop facilitating this service on eurekaforbes.com without any prior notice.
9. The NCEMI payment method is available on the Checkout page.
10. Any person using No Cost EMI payment method shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.
11. The NCEMI payment method is valid only in India. The minimum age of the cardholder has to be above 18 years on the day of the purchase.
12. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
13. EFL on a best effort basis displays representative EMI related information (EMI amount, Interest rate charged, Total amount payable) for the customer's purchase on eurekaforbes.com as per the information shared with it by the respective banks on an "AS IS" basis. Banks/issuers are the authoritative source of this information and customers are advised to directly contact their bank/issuer for any further clarifications in this regard. For more information, we request you to review the terms and conditions of the respective banks offering such NCEMI facility.
14. EFL does not charge the customer any processing or convenience fee for the purpose of facilitating the NCEMI facility for its customers.
15. In the case of customer cancellations or return of items purchased on NCEMI, EFL will facilitate the refunds as per the relevant refund policy. The customer is advised to check with the respective bank/issuer offering the NCEMI how the cancellations or refund will affect the NCEMI terms and of any pre-closure or interest charges levied on the customer.
16. The banks charge a processing fee, for every NCEMI or No cost EMI transaction which will be billed in the first repayment instalment, which has to be borne by the customer.
17. EFL shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such NCEMI facility being offered by the respective banks/issuer including but not limited to the authenticity and/or accuracy of any NCEMI information supplied by the banks to EFL for displaying on Eurekaforbes.com.
18. NCEMI is not available for Exports/International customers.
