Engineered for high-flow pre-treatment applications, the ASF 4000 is designed to manage suspended solids and visible impurities under variable inlet conditions. The system uses Triple Layer Geolex Media to support staged sediment reduction while maintaining hydraulic stability. Automatic cleaning functionality enables consistent performance with reduced manual intervention. Suitable for installations requiring elevated flow capacity, controlled pressure tolerance, and reliable operation across defined turbidity and temperature ranges.

Key Features

• Triple Layer Geolex Media Filtration- It employs graded Geolex media layers for progressive particle retention and supports effective sediment reduction.
• High Flow Rate Capability- Designed for applications up to 4000 LPH. Supports distribution systems with higher demand. Ensures minimal flow restriction when operating within specified pressure limits.
• Automatic Cleaning Mechanism- Integrated automatic cleaning cycle rlushes out trapped residue without any manual effort. Supports consistent filtration performance without manual intervention.
• Protects Water Storage Systems – Prevents sediment buildup in overhead tanks, pipes, and fixtures
• Broad Pressure Tolerance- Operates within high pressure range and maintains structural and functional stability across compliant hydraulic environments.
• Turbidity Handling Performance- Rated for inlet turbidity up to 30 NTU. Designed for raw water scenarios requiring primary sediment control prior to downstream treatment stages.
• Controlled Chemical Compatibility- Supports defined chlorine tolerance levels and ensures predictable filtration behaviour under compliant inlet chemistry parameters.
• Defined Media Load Configuration- Optimised Geolex media distribution ensures balanced filtration dynamics. Supports predictable performance characteristics and cleaning efficiency.
• Electrical Stability- Operates on standard 100–240V supply. Low power consumption profile. Suitable for continuous operation in commercial and residential utility environments.
