HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT/ HOLIDAY VOUCHER?

  • Send this Original Scratch Card, printout of Booking Request Form (generated online) and photocopy of Product Invoice to Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., 204, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019

Note: To redeem the Gift (other than Holiday Voucher), you can simply upload the documents instead of dispatching to us. Please upload scanned image/photo of this Original Scratch Card & Product Invoice at above mentioned redemption website to redeem your Gift. After uploading the documents, an acknowledgment number will be displayed for future reference/correspondence with us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO REDEEM HOLIDAY VOUCHER

  • The 3 days’ / 2 nights’ Holiday Voucher entitles the holder to a complimentary accommodation (stay only) for a couple and two children up to eight years of age, at any one of the hotel or resort listed herein. The term 3 days’ / 2 nights’ stay means two nights stay at anyone of the hotel / resort with standard check-in and check-out timings e.g., If you check in on 1st Sep., your check out date will be 3rd Sep. Generally check-in and check-out timings are 12:00 noon but it can be ±2 hours depends on hotel’s policy.
  • Utility charges of Rs.250/- (per Night) are to be paid before issuing the Letter of Confirmation, through the demand draft payable at New Delhi in the name of Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd.
  • At least 30 days’ clear advance notice is required (subject to maximum 90 days) with the first, second and third choice of destinations & dates to process the booking. Please ensure that you have mentioned three different destinations and three optional check-in dates, out of which one destination with anyone optional check-in date (from your preferences) will be confirmed by us. Please maintain minimum seven days’ gap between the preferred check-in dates. On receiving of your booking request form, you will get a confirmation for the availability of destination by email and asked for payment towards Utility Charges. Booking requests will be disqualified in case of non-receipt of utility charges within five days after confirming the destination to the recipient.
  • Only completed booking forms along-with Original Scratch Card with CNPL Hologram and photocopy of Product Invoice will be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability, especially in case of Diwali/Dussehra/National Holidays and Long-Weekends. This offer excludes the period of 24th December to 2nd January as hotel booking dates.
  • Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to alter dates and hotels, in case of non-availability.
  • A confirmation letter for the hotel accommodation will be issued in the name of the applicant by the reservation office of CNPL and all recipients are required to carry the same to produce at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel, date and destination will be mentioned therein. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer ten (10) days before the date of check-in.
  • Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
  • The Holiday Voucher shall entitle the Customer only for a complimentary accommodation. The Customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining and completing all Visa requirements for International destinations. The Holiday Voucher shall not include cost of meals, extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. Any and all expenses incurred by the Customer in realization (e.g. travel, statutory formalities etc.) of the Holiday Voucher shall be incurred by the Customer.
  • No two or more forms can be clubbed together to avail the offer. Only one booking form can be used per booking/family/group traveling together. The vacation offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original scratch card/voucher.
  • Last date to submit your holiday request is 31st March'2020 and hotel accommodation must be completed before 31st May'2020.

  • Eureka Forbes Ltd. (”Company”) offers Scratch & Win One Assured Gift (“Gift/ Voucher”) to all its Customers on buying any Product from Eureka Forbes anywhere in India (except Tamil Nadu) during the offer period from 26th September’2019 to 31st October'2019 or till stock lasts. Under this Offer the eligible customer (“end-customer”) shall be entitled to avail the winning “Gift/Voucher” upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions contained herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership and employees of the Company).
  • This offer is valid for residents of India aged 18 and above.
  • Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time, without prior notice.
  • Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (“CNPL”) reserves the right to replace the gift won by the customer with any other brand/model of similar/ may be higher MRP, in case any product is discontinued by the manufacturer or unavailable in the market.
  • Customers will be eligible to redeem the Gift/Holiday Voucher only after submitting all the required documents and receiving of the same by Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd.
  • Proof of submitting the documents is not a proof of receipt. Customer will get the sms from CNPL within three working days for the confirmation of receipt of documents, otherwise call at our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm during working days (Monday to Friday except National/Bank Holidays) to check the document status.
  • In order to redeem the 3D/2N Holiday Voucher, eligible customer has to dispatch the following documents to CNPL directly. (Note: Claims submitted by Sales Executive/Channel Partners/Showroom Managers/Dealers/Company’s own Employees will be treated as misuse of the offer and disqualified for the Gift):
    1. Original Scratch Card with CNPL Hologram
    2. Printout of Booking Request Form for Hotel Booking (generated online)
    3. Photocopy of Product Invoice, against which you got this Offer
    Note: Please retain a photocopy (both sides) of all the documents with you before dispatching the documents to CNPL
  • All gifts / gift vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable. TDS, if applicable on any gift item, will have to be borne by the winners and payable on request before delivering the gift.
  • Last date to submit your request to redeem the Gift/Holiday is 31st March’2020.
  • The Offer Voucher/Assured Gift cannot be substituted/ exchanged or encashed with any Product/Services other than entitled for. All sizes of the gifts are standard and request for specific sizes/colour/design/style shall not be entertained. Electronic products will not be replaced, in case of any defect informed after one month from the date of Gift received by the customer/ recipient.
  • No two or more forms can be clubbed together per household/address to avail the offer. Please allow us 4-6 weeks’ time to dispatch the Gift.
  • All required documents should be sent by registered post / reputed courier to Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., 204, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. Required documents will not be accepted if submitted personally or by hand to our office.
  • Any suggestions/complaints related to this offer, discussed on telephone will not be considered. All suggestions/complaints must be given in writing to support@cnpl.asia
  • CNPL reserve the right to contact you via any mechanisms, not limited to call/ sms/ email/ automated call, related to this offer including receiving of the documents, dispatching of the Gift etc.
  • Any person taking advantage of this offer does so on complete acceptance of the terms & conditions. Claims that do not comply with the terms & conditions will be disqualified. Illegible/incomplete/invalid/wrongly filled/manipulated claim forms will be rejected. Claim Forms (Gift/Booking Request Form) submitted by the Channel Partners on behalf of the Customers may be rejected and CNPL reserves the right to ask the eligible customer in writing, the reason to handover the claim form to Channel Partner rather than submitting to CNPL directly.
  • Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
