Safeguarding The Environment

Water Conservation
As a Company rooted in the purpose of delivering clean, safe water to Indians, water stewardship is central to how we run our own operations. We have undertaken a series of meaningful initiatives to conserve water:
Use of RO reject water for toilet flushing to reduce freshwater consumption

Energy Conservation
The Company remains committed to energy conservation through continuous operational efficiency improvements and adoption of sustainable technologies.

Green & Sustainable Manufacturing
Eureka Forbes has initiated a meaningful transition towards more sustainable manufacturing practices:
Eco-friendly honeycomb packaging for water purifiers, replacing conventional thermocol-based materials for part of our product portfolio, with a clear roadmap to expand it to other products in coming years.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
Eureka Forbes maintains active EPR registrations for both plastic and e-waste management. We collaborate with authorised partners for responsible recycling and safe disposal, in full compliance with applicable environmental regulations and industry best practices. Our EPR programme ensures responsible management across the full product lifecycle.

Responsible Waste Management
Our waste management framework is built on the principles of reduce, reuse and responsibly dispose:
Sewage and effluent treatment plants installed at both manufacturing facilities, with treated water reused for gardening and non-potable applications.
