Eureka Forbes Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for being a Eureka Forbes Customer. We/Us ("Eureka Forbes Ltd.") aim to provide You ("Customer") with a hassle-free shopping experience at www.eurekaforbes.com (Site). This cancellation, replacement, return and refund policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms of Use ("Terms") sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Eureka Forbes Products ("products") cancellation, replacement, return and refund thereof ordered directly from Eureka Forbes brand.
Applicability
By agreeing to use the Site and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms contained in this Policy without modification.
Please note that we may from time to time change the Terms of the Policy that govern your cancellation, replacement, return and refund of an order for products on the site. Every time you wish to use the website, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at the prevailing time.
Cancellation of Products
You may cancel orders of products prior to it being shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, raise a request by visiting ‘My Orders’ page on Eureka Forbes Website for orders placed using the website. We advise to raise any cancellation request using this method for hassle free & swift process.
Returns/ Replacement of Products
You may initiate the request for return/replacement of the Product within 10 (ten) days from the time the Product(s) is/are delivered ("Replacement & Return Period") and under no circumstances shall any return or replacement be valid except for the conditions provided herein:
Products which are received in a physical damaged condition, have to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or before installation of the products
Product is defective or is not in working condition.
Wrong Product has been delivered.
Product or parts of the product or accessory are missing, to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or before installation of the product.
If Water Purifier/Softener is ordered from Eureka Forbes Website & is found unsuitable by the Eureka Forbes technician during installation considering the water quality.. In such cases, a return request should be initiated by the customer through Eureka Forbes Website under ‘My Orders’ page within 10 days of deliver
You shall keep the products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful replacement pick-up. We would accept the request for replacement of such product subject to the terms of this policy.
If you have received a product which qualifies for replacement in terms of this policy, raise a request in this regard through call centre / email. For all orders placed through Eureka Forbes website that are eligible for returns in terms of this policy, raise the return request by going to ‘My Orders’ page.
- We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or inaccuracy claimed in such Products are acceptable by Us, or (b) such defects, damages or inaccuracy are due to our fault, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for replacement. For such verification, e may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a call or visit to assess the damage, defect in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the replacement request, We may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
In case you have sought a replacement, your replacement will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of replacement of such products, such as the product to be replaced being provided to us in original condition along with the invoice copy, original packaging of the product, also provided the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records.
If the originally purchased model is not available, the Company may, in its sole discretion, provide a replacement product of comparable specifications. The customer must remit any price difference prior to delivery of the replacement. Except for providing such replacement, the Company will have no liability, and the customer's sole remedy for unavailability of the ordered model shall be acceptance of the replacement.
We shall not replace any damaged product caused by your improper use or unauthorized/incorrect installation of the product, or any modification or change to the product by you or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons. We will deem such product a damaged, defective product. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
Products such as Water Purifier Cartridges, filters, membranes, Euroclean Clean Guard, Forbes Coronaguard, Aquasoft Water Softener Regeneration Salt, accessories kits for vacuum cleaners are not eligible for returns and replacement.
No replacement or returns or refund requests shall be entertained upon expiry of 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery.
- In the event of any defect or malfunction arising in the product beyond ten (10) days from the date of delivery, the Company shall, subject to applicable warranty terms and service policies, provide repair services. Such repair services shall be governed strictly in accordance with the Company’s prevailing warranty conditions, and no replacement or return shall be entertained beyond the aforementioned period unless expressly covered under warranty.
Refunds
In case of cancellation made from ‘My Orders’ page on website for your order, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source for all orders made using online payment.
In the event when you opt to return the products, your refund will be processed once the product is picked up by the delivery agent. For the refund to be processed successfully, product conditions as may be stipulated by us are to be fulfilled, such as the product being returned in original condition, along with the invoice, including original packaging of the product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate product and all accessories therein being intact. The amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of product pick up into the original mode of payment.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for the purchase of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). However, in the event that we are unable to provide the required repair services, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. In such cases, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the contract period.
Please note We shall not refund in cases where the Product has been installed and is in operation.
All refunds, where applicable, shall be made to the original instrument used at the time of purchase.
Refunds made to credit cards, debit cards, net banking (NEFT) shall be refunded within 7-10 working days of cancelling the order.
- If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. We will contact You for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to reflect in your bank account. We do not make cash refunds.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Limitation of liability:
Except for manufacturing defects, in no event shall We be liable to You or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of property, personal injury, death, by use or operation of our Products. No claim shall be entertained by Us for any loss arising out of damage or shortage of Products.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Products as well as the design of the Products from time to time in effecting a process of continuous development and innovation. The revised terms and conditions will be updated on the Site.
Choice of law:
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out or pertaining hereto.
